ReplyDeleteThe download worked perfectly! If you don't already, you should make a flickr group for people to post their finished mini books in that they made from your tutorials :)

ReplyDeleteKathy, I just wanted to let you know that I am overjoyed that I found your blog! This is the second tutorial of yours that i purchased in the last week.
ReplyDeleteYour class rocked! I had so much fun watching! Thanks for the inspiration. I am going to make this album and fill it with pictures to send to my daughter who is stationed in Iraq right now. It is perfect...cute and homemade and easy for her to have readily available to look at and to share with her military "family". Thanks! Michelle
ReplyDeleteKathy, you are fabulous indeed! Had to work the nite of your class, so I just finished watching the recording tonite. Congrats on the Tim Holtz email. Thanks so much for all your classes and inspirations. And glad you got the Fiskars stamping helper. I've had mine for almost a year and think I would be lost without it.And the Tyvek idea is grand. Thanks again. Scrapbookdizzy
ReplyDeleteHi Kathy!
ReplyDeleteJust found you on Youtube and watched a half an hour on U-stream saturday for the first time in my life! FUN!!!! Unfortunately a bit late for your viewers here in Holland, it was already midnight when it started. Thank goodness for the recorded version. Loved it and made a wonderfull mini with your instructions!! (hope it will stay nice, I don't think we have Tyvek here)
Thank you so much for sharing, your work is amazing!
I would love it if you checked out my version of your bragbook. This is my blog:

I will follow you, you make supercute things! LOVE your shitay ;o))
Kathy...I have now made two of these books. The first one came out fine. Something I suggest is that the hinges s/b a tad bigger. I would cut them at 2 1/4'x 4 1/2" and score them at 1" and 1 1/4". The binding pulls apart after you get all the mats, folders, pictures etc with the smaller size of hinges. I made the book pages with Bazzil cardstock, maybe this is thicker than the paper you were using? Anyways This is only a suggestion I thought I would share. I missed the online class Saturday but watched it yesterday. You girls are crazy!
